This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, owner-managed Consultancy based in Cambridge delivering high quality consultancy services to valued infrastructure clients based in and around Cambridge.

Client

Our client is an award-winning Cambridge based Consultancy of Cost Managers and Project Managers who provide a variety of Quantity Surveying/Cost management services within rail, utilities, highways, water, public sector, defence and many more exciting sectors.

Born out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service to their clients and work in a collaborative culture, my client have found themselves in the enviable position where the majority of their work comes through repeat business.

Role

As a Cost Manager, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Cost Manager to join their team based in their Cambridge office.

Responsibilities

As an infrastructure Cost Manager with a Cambridge based Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Cost Management responsibilities across an array of Infrastructure Projects. As Cost Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Employers agent
Valuations
Person

Employed by an award-winning, national leading Consultancy based in Cambridge, the ideal Cost Manager must be able to portray the following:

Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cost management services
MRICS chartered or working towards
Strong commercial awareness
