Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Lesson Prep: Ensure necessary materials and resources are prepared ahead of instruction.
  • Tailored Learning: Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups, adapting resources on the spot to meet individual learning needs.
  • Inclusive Approach: Foster a supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to succeed.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience working in a school environment is strongly preferred.
  • DBS: An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
  • Right to Work: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is unavailable for this role).
  • References: 2 recent, high-quality professional references.
  • Skills: Excellent classroom management skills and an adaptable, approachable demeanour.
