Role

As a Cost Manager, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including; residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Cost Manager, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Employers agent
Valuations
Remuneration
