Head of Project Management

Overview



Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Head of Project Management/ Associate Director position to join a rapidly growing Construction Consultancy to work in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, with hybrid working available for the right candidate for this role.



Please note – if you are a Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager in Birmingham seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for the role of Head of Project Management.



Client



My client is a privately-owned Construction Consultancy who provides a variety of services to clients - predominantly within the infrastructure sector. You will have the option to work across a variety of sectors including; Environment, Power, Rail, Highways and many more exciting projects!





Role



As Head of Project Management, you will work alongside Directors to achieve business plan targets with a focus on delivering a market leading service to clients in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate for the Head of Project Management/ Associate Director jobs would have a background in delivering projects from conception to completion predominantly in Infrastructure sectors working on above projects with confidence.



Responsibilities



As Head of Project Management/ Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion, with a hands-on and quality led approach throughout the project life cycle.



Can buy into the ethos of the business which is focussed on acting ethically, 'doing the right thing', flexibility for our staff, collaborative etc.
Ideally can bring clients with them (Not essential)
Ideally infrastructure experience
Experience of work winning and leading teams
Willing to help develop the other AD's in business development
Sufficient PM experience etc.
