Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

What You'll Be Doing
Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Help children access learning through tailored support and encouragement
Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to deliver individual support plans
Promote a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families where appropriate
You'll Be a Good Fit If You...
Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN Support Assistant
Have experience supporting children with Autism or other additional needs
Have recent experience working in a UK primary school or similar educational setting
Are patient, reliable and adaptable
Are passionate about helping children achieve their potential
Are available to work full-time from September
