Swindon, Wiltshire Alois Technologies Limited Assistant HR Business Partner Role Purpose * Provide HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations, policies and employment matters. * Support managers in achieving organisational objectives through effective people management. Key Responsibilities * Advise on HR policies, employment law and terms & conditions. * Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance. * Support managers with complex people issues and organisational change. * Maintain HR records, reporting and workforce data insights. * Support recruitment, job evaluation and redeployment activities. * Build strong relationships with managers, employees and Trade Unions. Essential Skills & Experience * CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD. * Experience in HR advisory/business partnering roles. * Strong employee relations case management experience. * Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies. * Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working with senior managers on complex HR matters
