HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers on behalf of a well-established, blue-chip organisation within the transport and logistics sector.

The Role

You will be responsible for transporting aggregates and materials to and from various sites, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Pay & Hours

£15.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

£21.50 per hour after 39 hours

Monday to Friday working week

Weekend work available

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate HGV Class 2 tipper vehicles

Transport aggregates and materials to designated locations

Carry out daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-shift)

Load and unload materials safely and correctly

Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

Communicate effectively with transport and site teams

Comply with all road safety laws and company procedures

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

Valid Driver CPC

Valid Digital Tachograph card

Minimum 12 months driving experience required

Tipper experience preferred

Good knowledge of UK road safety and compliance regulations

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Additional Requirements (Insurance)

No DR10 convictions

Maximum 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
