- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support the best outcomes for pupils.
- Be proactive in contributing to the wider life of the school.
- Foster positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
- Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds QTS or is an ECT.
- Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum or EYFS Framework.
- Is adaptable and confident teaching across different year groups when required.

- Works effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Is passionate about making learning enjoyable, engaging, and accessible for every child.
- Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to improving children’s educational experiences.
