Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough asbestos surveys in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will identify, sample, and assess the presence of asbestos-containing materials, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Your role will involve preparing detailed reports of findings, including recommendations for management and remediation of asbestos materials, and providing expert advice to clients on best practices for asbestos handling and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of asbestos legislation and best practices, complemented by relevant certifications such as P402 or equivalent. You should have a proven track record in conducting asbestos surveys and be skilled in using survey equipment and analytical techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
