Retail Security Officer - Night

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team during the night shift. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure shopping environment by monitoring premises, preventing theft, and safeguarding staff and customers. Your primary duties will include conducting regular patrols of the store, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. You will also be required to enforce store policies, assist in the apprehension of shoplifters, and prepare detailed reports on any security-related activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers and staff to ensure a safe environment.
