Relief Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Officer to join our team in providing essential support to individuals in need. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering immediate assistance and crisis intervention services, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in our care. Your primary duties will include assessing client needs, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating resources and services to facilitate positive outcomes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and documentation, as well as engage in regular communication with team members and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, mental health, or a related field, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work effectively in high-pressure situations and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of all individuals. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential. Previous experience in a relief or crisis support role is highly desirable, and relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
