Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will be tasked with maintaining the appearance of the store, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting items as needed. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is also necessary to meet the needs of our customers.
