They are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our welcoming team. As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.

• Assisting customers in choosing frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle and budget.

• Carrying out pre-screening tests and supporting the optometrist.

• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles.

• Managing appointments and handling patient enquiries.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional practice environment.

• Previous optical experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A team player who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
