As a Dispensing Optician, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class dispensing service and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing spectacles and advising patients on the most suitable frames and lenses to meet their visual and lifestyle needs.

• Providing expert recommendations on lens options, coatings, and specialist optical products.

• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles.

• Supporting the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

• Supervising and supporting Optical Assistants where appropriate.

• Building strong relationships with patients through exceptional customer service.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

• Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
