We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing precision engineering business in Crayford that is looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to its manufacturing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC professional who can programme, set and operate machines independently and is looking for a secure, long-term career with excellent earning potential through regular overtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Using a variety of measuring and inspection equipment
• Selecting the appropriate tooling for each job
• Ensuring components meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a CNC Miller
• Programming, setting and operating experience
• Ability to work from engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerances
• Experience using measuring equipment and inspection tools
• A reliable and positive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Heidenhain controls would be advantageous
