About the role
Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, term time only.

About the role
As our Office Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring our school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. You will:
- Bring experience from a busy office environment.
- Demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Plan, prioritise and meet deadlines while managing a varied workload.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external stakeholders.
- Champion excellent customer service across the school.
- Show a genuine interest in education and improving young people’s lives.
- Lead, motivate and support the office team.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Bring enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Be adaptable and willing to help wherever needed.
- (Desirable) Have experience with school MIS and finance systems.
This role is ideal for an administrator aspiring to step into management, develop leadership skills and gain broader responsibility within a supportive educational setting.
