SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism Specialist School
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:15am-4:30pm
Salary: £22,000-£23,500 per annum

We are recruiting for an outstanding Autism Accredited specialist school supporting children and young people aged 7-19 with high-functioning autism and associated learning needs. The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with autism on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Help deliver engaging and structured learning activities
* Promote communication, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing
* Support behaviour regulation using positive strategies
* Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
