Director - Financial Services, Investment & Private Markets

Director opportunity advising financial services, investment and private market clients on integrated communications strategies.   The Client: Leading Strategic Communications Consultancy This specialist consultancy, with offices in major financial hubs, advises an impressive roster of financial services clients. Their team is led by some of the most respected advisors in the industry and they have won countless awards and recognition for their use of intelligence and data to shape client strategies. Their integrated campaigns span media, content, design and digital strategically position clients, protect reputations, guide clients through corporate actions and connect with targeted investors.   Staff and culture are at the forefront of their values and the SLT invest heavily in training and additional qualifications to ensure professional development, as well as good financial rewards, bonuses and dedicated social and well-being programmes to ensure staff are heard and valued.   The Role: Director This growth hire will join a well established franchise leading integrated communications mandates that produce clear, measurable results for clients, and originate the new client relationships that helps to grow the portfolio.   The role will be well supported with a well connected and respected SLT and dedicated account teams and inhouse intelligence, data, digital and production capabilities.   Candidates will need:

• Deep financial services expertise, ideally spanning asset management, wealth and alternatives.
• A demonstrable personal record of winning new business.
• Experience leading integrated programmes.
• Commercial acumen, being comfortable owning revenue targets.
• The credibility to advise C-suite clients and motivate teams.
