Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, managing a team of security staff, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will conduct regular security assessments, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to incidents as necessary, while maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises to deter and address potential security threats.

Key responsibilities include training and mentoring security personnel, coordinating schedules, and conducting performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of service. You will also liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services, prepare incident reports, and analyze security data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism are essential. A proven track record in security management, along with relevant certifications, will be highly regarded.
