Security Site Lead/ Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Lead/Team Leader to oversee security operations at our designated site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining a safe environment for all staff and visitors. This role includes coordinating daily security activities, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents as they arise. The Security Site Lead/Team Leader will also develop and implement security protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
