As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable.
• Supervising students during activities, break times, and trips.

• Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is patient, empathetic, and understanding.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Childcare, Education) is desirable but not essential - a passion for supporting learning is key!
• Has a genuine desire to contribute to the development and well-being of students.
