Job Title: Children's Support Worker - Residential Care
Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time & Bank available
Rate: Days £15.78/hr | Nights £16.68/hr (PAYE with rolled-up holiday pay)

Every child deserves a safe, safe, and supportive place to grow. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will guide vulnerable young people through their day-to-day lives, giving them the tools to build independence and confidence.
Key Duties
Administering individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
Fostering a healthy home environment that rewards positive behavior.
Guiding residents through morning/evening routines, life skills, and hobbies.
Managing complex emotional situations using calm, positive techniques.
Writing precise daily logs, handovers, and statutory records.
Partnering with local authorities, schools, and home leadership.
Who We Need
Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a residential kids' setting.
Demonstrated success working directly with young people in care.
Excellent listening skills and strong emotional resilience.
