We’re looking for an ambitious Project Engineer who wants to develop into a Project Manager and build a long-term career with a growing business. This role would suit an experienced Project Engineer or an ambitious Electrical/EC&I Engineer looking to take the next step into project management. The Role You will support the successful delivery of EC&I projects from enquiry through to completion, including: * Planning and coordinating EC&I projects * Managing site activities, subcontractors and suppliers * Liaising with clients and internal engineering teams * Monitoring project programmes, costs and progress * Producing project documentation and technical reports * Supporting commercial and technical delivery * Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards About You You’ll ideally have: * HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering (or a related discipline) * Competency in the use of Microsoft Office Systems re: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project * Experience within industrial, utilities, energy or process sectors * Strong organisational and communication skills * A proactive, solutions-focused approach * A full UK driving licence * The ambition to progress into Project Management What We Offer * Competitive salary (£45,000–£55,000) * Company pension * Structured mentoring and training * Genuine career progression into Project Management * The opportunity to work on high-profile engineering projects * A supportive team that values quality, integrity and continuous improvement At PELLINNO, we’re committed to developing talented engineers into future leaders.
