CRM Lifecycle Manager (12 month FTC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Lifecycle Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. You will analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and tailor communication strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your keen insights will help to optimize customer journeys and ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM management, with a proven track record in designing and implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage customer feedback loops to inform product development and service enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in a similar role.
