Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, processing transactions at the register, and handling returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
