Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your primary duties will include performing routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. You will also be expected to clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all users. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be required to follow specific cleaning protocols and schedules diligently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred, but not mandatory. You should be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment as needed. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential, as you may need to interact with facility users and address any concerns they may have regarding cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is also a key requirement for this position.
