Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that various outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining flower beds and other landscaped areas. You will also be tasked with the upkeep of pathways, ensuring that they are clear and safe for public use. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is desirable, along with knowledge of horticulture and landscaping techniques. You should be capable of operating various maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
