External Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable External Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various outdoor areas, ensuring that they meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your primary duties will include performing routine cleaning tasks such as litter picking, pressure washing, and surface cleaning of walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors. You will also be tasked with the removal of graffiti and other unsightly marks to enhance the overall environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning. Previous experience in outdoor cleaning or maintenance is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. You should be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and operating machinery. A valid driver's license is required, as you may need to travel between different locations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, are essential for success in this position.
