What You'll Be Doing: • Use a consultative, value-based sales approach to build trust and close deals. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region. • Proactively build a strong sales pipeline to exceed quarterly targets. • Represent a trusted brand with over eight decades of industry leadership. What You'll Bring: • 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets. • Strong experience in self-generated lead development and relationship building. • Confidence in presenting to business owners, HR professionals, and senior decision-makers. • A resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated mindset with a passion for closing deals. • Field sales experience is essential for this role.
