DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Stores Operative to join our client’s busy Coventry branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys a varied role combining warehouse duties with customer service.

As a Warehouse / Stores Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, assisting customers, processing orders, and helping with the loading of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving customers from the front desk and taking orders
Providing excellent customer service and support
Picking and preparing customer orders
Assisting customers with loading materials
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse/stores area
Supporting general warehouse operations

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous warehouse, stores, or customer-facing experience is desirable
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable with manual handling duties
Able to work well as part of a team
