Sales Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Aldridge
Hours: 2 days per week (Tuesday & Friday preferred, but flexible)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales and customer service who enjoys speaking with customers and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers.
• Preparing and sending customer quotations.
• Following up quotations via phone and email.
• Managing follow-up communications to help convert enquiries into sales.
• Providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
