Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that the store environment is clean and welcoming. You will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and provide information about our products to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping atmosphere. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are open to training enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn.
