Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your main duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking merchandise, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. You should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
