Class 1 HGV Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will be required to conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, complete necessary documentation, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as you will often interact with clients during deliveries.

Key responsibilities include driving a Class 1 HGV vehicle, managing route planning to optimize delivery times, and adhering to all road safety regulations. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading goods, ensuring that cargo is secured properly, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid Class 1 HGV driving license, along with a CPC qualification and a clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar driving position is highly advantageous.
