Litter Picker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litter Picker to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of public spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting litter, ensuring that parks, streets, and recreational areas are free from waste and debris. Daily tasks will include walking designated routes, using appropriate tools to gather litter, and properly disposing of collected items in accordance with environmental guidelines. You will also be expected to report any hazards or maintenance issues that you encounter during your shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and public health. You should be physically fit, as the job requires regular walking and bending. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Previous experience in outdoor cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge to perform your duties safely and effectively.
