Job title: Warehouse Operative (chiller / freezer environment)
Location: Daventry, NN11
Full Training Provided
Job Role:
- LLOP picking in ambient, chiller, and freezer environments
- Full LLOP (manual handling equipment) training provided – no licence required
- Heavy lifting involved, food products up to 25kg
- Handling food products and alcohol
- Recycling duties including sorting cardboard, paper, plastic, aluminium, and food waste
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
- Days 4 on / 4 off
06:00 –17:30 or 10:00 – 18:00 | £14.36 per hour
- Days (Tuesday–Thursday)
06:00 – 18:00 | £13.17 per hour
Requirements:
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Able to work in chilled and freezer areas
- Reliable with a good work ethic
