Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Fradley, Lichfield
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)

Our client, a well-established logistics business based in Fradley, Lichfield, is looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their team with immediate starts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and detail-oriented individuals seeking ongoing, full-time work.

Duties Include:
Processing customer order returns
Conducting quality inspections of returned products
Repackaging goods to company standards
Scanning items using handheld scanners
Accurately updating warehouse systems
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Good communication skills
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Important Information:

Successful candidates must be able to travel to our client’s warehouse in Aldridge for a two-week training period before transferring to the Fradley site.
