Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and grounds are properly maintained and functional. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Additionally, you will monitor and manage facility budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports on operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. A background in facilities management or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in using facility management software. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to creating a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.
