Learning & Development Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Administrator to support our training initiatives and drive employee development programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing schedules, and ensuring that all logistical elements for learning activities are in place. You will assist in the development and implementation of training materials, track participation, and evaluate the effectiveness of various programs to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain the learning management system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and support the overall learning strategy. A background in human resources or educational administration is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.
