About the role
Customer Service Coordinator – Poole – 3 Month FTC – £30,000 Pro Rata
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy team in Poole on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries.
- Log issues and update internal systems.
- Liaise with trades and contractors to arrange works.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
About You
- Previous customer service or coordination experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using IT systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional, customer-focused approach.
