Job Role: Estate Agent Administrator

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £17,500 plus £2,000 company bonus per annum

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday (some Saturday work on rota)

We are looking for a full-time office administrator to work from our clients Chesterfield branch, they would be mainly working on the lettings side of the business but would also cover all aspects of the business supporting sales, land and maintenance. The role will be fast paced and varied with a degree of time sensitive pressure. The role will also require working on the Saturday rota, currently running at 2 Saturdays on and 5 off. On the weeks when you are working a Saturday you will get one afternoon off during that week, to be set by the branch manager.

The role includes;

• Handling all incoming calls and directing where necessary
• Dealing with all leads that come in for properties
• Assisting with admin from our Lettings Negotiators
• Booking rental/sale/land valuations
• Following up on completed valuations
• Booking viewings for people
• Talking to potential landlords about the services we offer and try to win the business over the phone
• Talking to potential vendors and trying to win the business over the phone
• Prospecting and canvassing for new business using software that we have
