Senior Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the security operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors. You will lead security personnel, coordinate security measures, and develop protocols to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven ability to respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.

Your primary duties will include conducting regular security assessments, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing security policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with training and mentoring junior security staff, preparing detailed reports on security incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be the main point of contact for security-related concerns and initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in security management, along with relevant certifications, such as a Security Management Certification or equivalent. A comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and risk management practices is crucial.
