A growing FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their supply chain team. The role gives you a rounded experience within supply chain, dealing with stock levels, managing suppliers and planning materials. 

Salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus Benefits 

What You Will Do:

– Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

– Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency.

– Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings.

– Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with company objectives.

– Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to enhance partnerships.

– Support the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring:

– Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage purchasing activities effectively.

– Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.

– Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

– Excellent communication skills to negotiate and liaise with diverse teams.
