Minor Works Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Minor Works Coordinator to manage and oversee a variety of small-scale construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of minor works, from initial planning through to project completion. You will liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to manage resources effectively and communicate with stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and meeting client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for preparing project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, and budgets. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You should be comfortable addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and be proactive in finding solutions. Experience in facilities management or construction is preferred, along with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
