Onboarding and Mobilisation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Your primary duties will include coordinating orientation schedules, preparing onboarding materials, and facilitating training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for managing documentation and compliance requirements, liaising with various departments to ensure a seamless integration of new team members.

Additionally, you will play a key role in mobilising staff for projects, which involves coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistical support. You will collaborate closely with project managers and team leaders to understand their resource needs and ensure that all personnel are adequately prepared and informed prior to deployment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact for new employees and project teams throughout the onboarding and mobilisation process. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR coordination or project management, along with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
