Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, as well as restocking merchandise as needed to ensure optimal product availability.

Additionally, you will handle transactions at the point of sale, manage returns and exchanges, and assist in inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. A passion for customer service and teamwork is essential.
