Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting customers, assisting them in locating products, answering queries, and providing recommendations based on their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and restocked as needed.

Additionally, you will assist with processing transactions at the cash register, handling payments, and managing returns and exchanges. An essential part of your role will be to support inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote ongoing promotions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
