Application Support Technician - 7108

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for various applications used across the organization. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular application health checks, participating in application upgrades, and providing training to end-users. Familiarity with database management, scripting languages, and incident management tools will be considered an asset.
