HSE Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across various projects. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and implementing effective health and safety policies. The HSE Advisor will also be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and audits, identifying hazards, and ensuring that appropriate corrective measures are taken to mitigate risks.

In addition to overseeing safety compliance, the HSE Advisor will provide training and guidance to employees on best practices and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with staff at all levels. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards is essential. Qualifications should include a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
