• Join a highly regarded Employment team acting for PLCs, SMEs, senior executives and professionals across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will manage a varied caseload including Employment Tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructuring projects, while providing strategic HR and employment law advice to clients.

• Working with clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, hospitality, transport, and professional services, you will advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, employment due diligence, service agreements, and settlement agreements, working closely with the firm's Corporate team to deliver seamless, commercially focused advice.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE and strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law.

• You will possess excellent technical expertise, commercial awareness, and exceptional communication skills, together with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for employment law.
